Today cadets from around Merseyside stood with currently serving personnel and veterans in a parade marking Armed Forces Day in Liverpool.

Last year, Liverpool was chosen to host the National Event for Armed Forces Day meaning the crowds were immense and the sense of pride was felt by all.

Alongside the parade, we were also collecting for SSAFA and promoting #WhatWeDo in the Royal Air Force Air Cadets. Cadets were able to speak to high-ranking officers, the Prime Minister Theresa May and HRH The Earl of Wessex.
